they fucked up on how much they charged me on cash back for insurance and they say i owe them money for their fuck up.
i spoke to the dealer principle and he said hes cancling my insurance, so i said send me the cheque for it and ill get me insurance elsewhere cos i can get it cheaper anyway, and he ended up putting the phone down on me.

How? If you had fucked up and handed them £8100 by mistake when the car was £8000, You would ask for it back? So if they make a mistake why shouldnt they ask for it back?

its insurance through them, and cash back ontop of the finance through them, so ive not phisically touched the money, its an error through the salesman not getting enough cash back on the order
anyway, no need to get into details, just wondering what people opinions were
