Its been posted on here numerous times..
Is it a fake - Im sure the last time it was posted people were saying it had been faked? Just having an argument on another site about it-- someone was saying that it was taken last week and the biker lived.
I cant remember whether he was dead or if it was a fake?

Its thought to be a fake, as are lots of the horrific photos on the site that it was found on.
It wasn't taken last week though, its been around ages.

Yeah-- ive seen it posted years back..... I just cant under stand why pictures would be taken before any help was offered to the biker.... unless he was dead of course.
But im almost sure someone pretty much proved it was fake.

Photo is probably real,
Taken because when the body is removed from wherever it ends up, its harder to proove fault.
That picture shows he went straight into the back of the lorry, things like where his bike ended up reletively to him come into play to show whether he was going to fast or the lorry moved into the road/stopped suddenly etc.

The photo is real, its been around for years.If its the one im thinking about then yes it is real, the pic was took by police inspecting the scene then it made its way onto the interwebs.
