Can anyone suggest some companies that will insure modified cars?

I want to pay Fully Comp and I don't want to be stung paying monthly

Quinn, if its not performance doesn't affect your quote.

Even then not massive premium for engine mods.

Go on confused.com, you can declare all mods on there and it will find the best deal from loads of sites.

Brentacre fucking pwns!

Gone with Highways Insurance (Who I was nearly with on the Polo), best quote before them was £901, then they quoted me £738 ish. Allowing any mod I want unless it affects the BHP

Stoked .
My current insurance company are going to 'ring me back soon' to see if I've got any cheaper. Haha!

why can people find good insurance but me? i phone up quinn said got a corsa sri had me licence for a year the modds are lowered and exhuast but i have no noclaims because i was on a named driver policy first. they quoted me 2300. and for and engine conversion to a 1.6 it was 2832. what am i doing wrong. im 18 btw

My 1.6 sport is like 700quid a year from quinn :s So dont know why your getting that... (im 3rd party)

I was 17 when i insured a Megane Coupe 1.6 Sport as my first car for £1640.

Bought a Corsa as a runabout, That was 1200 to insure.

Turned 18, Bought the MINI which is a 1.6 2002, Insured that for 1800.

Now im 19 , Insuring a 307cc 2.0 for £900.

All in my own name, no additional drivers, 3 points for a red light and 1 claim.
