Quinn, if its not performance doesn't affect your quote.
Even then not massive premium for engine mods.

Brentacre fucking pwns!
Gone with Highways Insurance (Who I was nearly with on the Polo), best quote before them was £901, then they quoted me £738 ish. Allowing any mod I want unless it affects the BHP
Stoked .
My current insurance company are going to 'ring me back soon' to see if I've got any cheaper. Haha!

I was 17 when i insured a Megane Coupe 1.6 Sport as my first car for £1640.
Bought a Corsa as a runabout, That was 1200 to insure.
Turned 18, Bought the MINI which is a 1.6 2002, Insured that for 1800.
Now im 19 , Insuring a 307cc 2.0 for £900.
All in my own name, no additional drivers, 3 points for a red light and 1 claim.
