Iv had 3 allready today, theyre so addictive..i think its cus they taste like ferrero roche and i love them.I need to stop eatin so many, i only have to look at chocolate and iv put weight on.

hmm think they're 241 cals (from a quick internet search)

so 3 of them = 750 cals.

Anotherwords you could've had a big meal of say a big curry, probably a KFC, or many other things and been similar or less cals than were in those 3 things...

It's not a case of you look at chocolate and put fat on, if you look at 3 kinder beuno's and eat them in 1 sitting, that's a fucking load of cals.
