Corsa 1.4 Sport isn't much slower to 60 than that. Can pick one up, and stick on a less restrictive inlet for £2,000 easily!

its near enough that they are v fast for being 1.3 almost as fast as the gtis, quicksilvers are wank, can you not stretch to group ten insurance and get a 1.6 sport?

i was thinkin pound for pound vtr will prob be best for performance/handling, just couldnt think if there was much more. mk1 rallye is a bit old really and mk2's are either silly money or silly mileage

Yeh they are great little cars, this is pretty cheap atm and only needs an arch trim, theres a good few days left on bidding yet but might be worth a look.
