Does a Fiesta Zetec S on an X plate have locking wheel nuts?

Or just the wheelnut cover thingy

99.99% sure all zetec-s models came with a set of lockers as standard

ford oem items and im sure theyre made by mcgard

mates just got a Zetec Blue (rather than the S) and she has locking bolts (rather than nuts) so i sespect the S has has its higher spec
