yes but who rings up or writes a letter to complain.

If I do not like something on the TV i change the channel or go out.

I would write a letter to the BBC to complain that very few of thier programs are original ideas. I can think of two programs that I would actually try and watch. Ashes to Ashes and Top Gear. The rest is so shite I can'e even be arsed. But then I don't care much for TV, there are better things to do that watch it, like argue with people on web based forums
