Anyone used one ? Going to be getting one soon hopefully... £116 in the UK

http://www.scangauge.com/

Info there but it bascally gives real time information for most engine sensors, mph, rpm, top speed, fault code reader aswell as telling you what caused the fault aswell.

Thoughts ?

Why? It just plugs into your diagnostic port and gives real time info, no wiring required

If it really does do all that it claims to on the site then it looks fantastic!

I have had cheap diagnostic tools in the past and they have never been good, this looks decent though if it does what it claims!

to me this just seems like a better alternative, does everything that vag com does but displayed on a box as big as my phone, and means i dont have to buy a laptop or vag-com either .

Yes it does, gives you full fault reading facility and actually shows you what has gone outside its set parameter to cause the fault

I had a GReddy Intelligent Informeter for my Impreza. Just a load of useless facts and figures that you never look at basically. Can only see them being useful if you had an issue with the car, otherwise you wouldn't look at it.
