Has anyone ever put MDF board in the boot underneath the carpet to make it all level?? My boot and carpet looks a bit shocking, so was thinking of getting it all leveled off. Also means i wud have something to attach amps and stuff to if i wanted to.

Yeah, iv done this in the MINI and it improved sound aswell. Felt bassier and more refined
