Im considering buying a 1.9TDI mk2

I hardly ever drive fast so im not sure if its worth me having a 2.0 petrol anymore.

am i losing it?

Not really. Depends what you use the car for.

Mileage and your earnings are a big factor tbh.

diesels are good, tune it and it will be better than a petrol

What has colour got to do with it?!

In terms of earnings, I meant whether you can afford petrol costs if you're doing high miles. Or you're doing high miles and need a diesel to save money on fuel economy.

I don't do that many miles but when i do go on missions, they are big ones

Best i have seen on mine is 44.5mpg but i have seen 60mpg on the TDI modles

Plus, the 90bhp engine shouldn't be that boring with a couple little tweeks.

lol my brother just got a diesel vectra to replace his v6, from 60 to 90 the diesel is quicker. sounds like a tractor but gets great fuel economy

Well considering you bought a car thats a fucking awful colour, this dosent even register on the nutter scale.

3. I have seen 70mpg on my dash display, doesnt mean it averages it!

mk2s are all about £900-£2000
