Have you rang your local sorting office? They might explain why it hasn't arrived. I always send my things with Royal Mail, never ever had any problems. It seems to be the other companies I have experienced problems with.

Registered/Special delivery isn't guarenteed for delivery on saturday, the seller would of been told this when he sent them
Also check they are going via Royal Mail and not via Parcel Force

I bought a set of GSi fog lights. I received them but 1 was damaged and he's basically told me to get stuffed.
I'm sure he listed them as new but are used but cant check his post as he edited the sold items out.
