I know its quite a bit of a stupid question because prices range, but how much roughly does a retrim cost?

My gf for my christmas, 2006 paid 500 + vat for he front seats and the rear bench was, from memory she paid 300 + VAT

For her mk2 golf she paid about 1300, thats at least 5 years ago though. Dont know whats shes paying for the lastest re-trim though, nothing like 1500 - 4k anyway.
