3 times over the limit
"Should be"
24 months banning, large fine.
"Will be" (seeing as we're in the UK)
30 day ban, reduced to 15 if he attends alchoholic meeting thing, slap on wrists, court costs.
Sickening. Drunk driving, no matter, what, no time for you mate whos clearly a rectum muncher.

Drunk driver hit my dad, broke his neck in 2 places, left him for dead.
Drunk driver rammed us from behined, no license, tried the old "give us your number, we'll call you tomorrow to sort it"
One mentality of these kind of people, and yes, im on the highest f-ing horse you can think of, and I aint stepping down.
No time for these people at all. Same mindset, that of a wanker. (REALLY gets my goat).
Tell your "mate" that he's being cained online for being a rectum.

Hes in no way a bad guy on a rectal whatever you said he made a silly choice to move his car to escape the traffic wardens that are absolute leaches down here & got caught, hardly joyriding the city at 100mph killing folk. Anyway you've said what you have to say....noted. No read to post in here anymore. Thanks for that I guess

/\ Thats bad luck considering he was simply moving it to avoid a parking fine but it's a risk some people take.
He is looking at a lengthy ban and fine considering he was 3x the limit. Not to mention the extended test he will be made to do afterwards and his insurance is going through the roof!

Why park there in the first place if there is wardens about?
Why when he realise that he's drinking his first pint (that is the limit anyway) did he not think "hmm, im drinking, best move the car".
Was there none of his mates who hadn't drunk that could move the car?
Why not move the car earlier in the day/evening to avoid the issue late at night?
Not a pop at you colin, these posts really get my goat though. What should they get?? Well the SHOULD be banned for at least 10 years and be made to do community service.
H'es now moved his car whilst drunk. You know him well, but now if he'd got awa with it, whats to stop him driving that little bit further next time, then a bit further, till he mows someone down. All for that drink......
But then if i had my way, well, lets not go there.

Down the road but it makes no difference, you get the same charge for just being in the car (stationary) if you have the keys and are over the limit.
