maybe a re-post but i was made to listen to radio 2 and there was something about 2.0 litre car's paying £400 per year comming very soon ?

its for cars registered after March 2001 isn't it? before that date theres two brackets, the cut off point being 1549cc iirc

Newer cars.

Older cars with more emissions are less expensive than new cars with less emissions
