I havent heard of any having over about 130k on them, but wondering what they are capable of. Looking into buying a new corsa b soon and want to know if i should be wary of high milers.
Cheers

not that often really, oil filter and change every 5k and thats about it really. Goes to the garage as soon as anything needs seeing to
I wouldn't say high milers are too much of a problem, just need to look after them.

Yeah i heard on that "used car road show" that milage doesnt really matter that much.
Are the corsas prone to rusting much though?

Well mines an R-plate X14XE on 106K and still sweet as a nut.
I get the oil and filter changed every 6months but i do average 8000 to 9000miles a year though. But mainly to keep it maintained.

Sounds good, i was thinking there may be some horror stories here. Thankfully everything seems fine if you look after your car, which i will be doing.
