never heard anything so ridiculous! Moorland Vauxhall wont change or even fix my back light, its a trim part was there excuse. Nothing to do with them costing £240 + vat. fucking wankers.

Try another dealer. Failing that Vauxhall UK must have a customer services department that will deal with things like that?

its under network q warranty, i think i have to go back to them for any issues as its where i bought it. the other thing that pissed me off was i rang them to ask if it was covered, they said they cant discuss warranty on the phone. Im sure they could have fucking said no, its a trim part

Water in the light ? Maybe he meant the trim on the light isnt covered. Its wear and tear when seals etc go, Stupid i know but thats how these clowns make there money.

unseal it, clean it, seal it back up with silkaflex or whatever, job done

Net Q doesn't cover water ingress at all & you can take it to any garage if you've got net q not just the one you purchased the car from
