Once you;ve been twice, you'll stick to it.... try to stick to it though, as you feel good about yourself once you start seeing changes.

fuck paying £30 to join a gym

just go running every other day - a good 4 miles each time
keep swimming
buy a skipping rope - do 10 mins befor a run, 10 mins after a run

/\ that will get u fit and healthy, it wont build your arms, but just buy some weights

That'll do FA! Make 10 reps of 10 and you'll get somewhere

Boxing would get you fit in no time

Laney, really? 10 sets of 10 pressups will do stuff?

I always do like 20+ press ups in a set, but only do a few sets before wrists start to hurt.

Cut out the junk food, replace all fizzy drinks etc with water, eat more times a day but less food each time, do cardio to lose the fat and improve heart and lungs, do weights to build the muscle. Theres no magic formula, the only way is diet and exercise.

Fuel your body correctly first of all and by that i mean a measured amount of protein, carbs and fruit and veg depending on your workload/size.

Your body shapes itself to the situation you place it in. If you want a slender, trim build swim lots, if you want big thighs and toned calves take up cycling if you just want to get fit in general mix up swimming, running cycling and keep your muscles guessing.

I aim to do 100 per session at least. 10x10 is easier for me than 20x5. I get warn out by the end tend to fade, where-as with 10s i find I can finish them. 10-1's are awesome too! 10,9,8,7 etc. Only 55 but they REALLY burn!

EDIT - get some pushup bars, tape your wrist or use a ball if you're sadistic.

i used to drink lots of fizzy drinks, ever since i started at ford i ge tthrough about 2 litres a day of water at the very least.

this in itself is a good way of keeping fit/having healthy skin and teeth

also replace a chocolate bar with a banana, high in potassium iirc and very good for you if you do a lot of energetic work.

Thing that made me want to get fitter was watching one of ma mates who is pretty overweight tucking into pizza, chips, garlic bread and crisps lol, think you feel less tired as well when your healthier

you do mate, and a lot more confident too

+ you don't need to lose weight to look good. i used to be about 10st. since drinking water/being energetic and eating healthy i've put on nearly 2st and am now about 11st 12 which isn't too shabby
