anyone know the weight of stripped corsa b with cage, fibreglass bonnet, polycarbonates as mine was running 226bhp before rebuild

I'm aiming for 750 kg's and 140 bhp now. So that'll be 186.66 BHP/TON when i've done.

any idea how much a completely stripped out mk4 escort will weight? only enough dash to hold the dials, polycarb windows etc. i dont even know what it weighs standard

There's some fkin light corsas in here!
My xe converted, polycarb, grp tailgate and bonnet with nothing inside corsa was weighed in last week at 880kg!! I'd hold off from using any parkers quoted weights and not list your own until you've actually had a proper weigh-in done!

You're the only "light" corsa with a big block in though.

What weight are you aiming for Dave, or have you finished now?

Nothing is ever finished, LOL. Front door bars are to come out, probably go for a racing battery, and need a proper grp/kevlar passenger seat.

I was hoping for 750 but I'm not prepared to loose the dashboard/heaters so I guess that un attainable now.
