i know this is old but just looking through them now and people were saying it would spark due to tyres being rubber? is there no wire in bike tyres as tecnically after a while they would be down to the wired and when driving fast would they not start going that way...

yes there is wire in the tyre but the sparks would go the opposite way.

yeah i know that but if the bike is doing a certain amount of speed (probably not due to the weight) would the resistance not make the sparks go the other way not that it really matter as you can see the sparks come from no where and its just a joke =)

Here is the deal once and for all!!!!!!
Its plastic above the tyre so no sparks anyway, just smoke with the friction.
If it did spark since the tyre is travelling forward the sparks would be forced forward not back.
