after 5 years, maybe it took them 5 years to realise that it wasnt just the smell of bristol.

It wasnt reported my the room mate who was 70yr old and mentally ill.

Obviously no1 has visited him\checked on him in the last 5yrs or the body would have been discovered.

Lived in the same flat and as they where both old and one was mentally ill I would imagine the state paid their rent, and the other bloke paid the bills.
