Driving along the A1 lastnight and heard clicking from drivers side, I thought it was the cv boot split because its happened before, Came off the slip road and put it in 3rd, Vibrating like mad.
So i though i would pull into the petriol station and have a look, came to the round about and put it in 2nd then bang, no drive, Drivers driveshaft had came out the box 
Jacked up on the garage forecourt, took the driveshaft off, All the splines are mint, It will go straight back in.
Its been pulling to the left for a couple of days aswel
Its baffled me how its happened.....

A shaft shouldn't just pop out.
Unless, you've bent something. That would match with the pulling to the left.

Wen i took it out it was loose around the gearbox, Only thing i can think of is when i had the new outer cv put on and took ther shaft off it wasnt tightened up properly....
