we are doing lots of work on the 1.8 16v lately, great engines and respond well to a 4-2-1 (that we now custom make) decat and full system, Green cotton induction kit and a live remap will see 145 bhp and 145 ft/lb

quite a nice bit of performance gain there. Whats the 2.2 like to tune? as its about 140bhp standard. My friend used to have an Astra 2.0 SRi few years ago, they were 137bhp standard, not sure on the 1.8 standard power

I used to have the 1.8 16v engine in my SXI, the power was 123 according to parkers.

Good cars, I would definately have another.

what do you do about the second 02 sensor, as it will bring the engine light on because its not running in it tolerances?
