Had a accident what was NOT my fault and it hasnt been declared and they took my car for few quotes then its been taken to the body shop to be all repaired i havnt had any queries about the mods and thats all gone through insurance aswel no questions about it

Your car clearly looks nothing like a standard car, so what is the point having insurance for a standard car? might as well get it out on a chiquicento for lower insurance group

You did all that to the car and didn't declare it to the insurance?
You've been extremely lucky. That is on the same level of:
"Corsa 2.0 XE for sale, registered as a 1.2 for cheap insurance!"

also, how could it not be lucky?
having an induction kit alone and not being caught is lucky.

Because I was in the same boat as you, and I didnt declair my mods, my car was write off, they didnt pay out, and i've got to pay 7k for the repairs to the lorry.
So you're VERY lucky

I think what is comes down to with all these posts regarding insurance for mods / engine conversions etc is that the corsa is typically a young drivers car.
Young drivers are renownd for there stupidity in everything from driving to not declaring mods etc, not much can be done about it sadly
Go to a scooby / BMW / Audi forum etc and there would be very few posts I imagine asking "do i need to declare my body kit and wheels etc"

You don't need to be lucky. They damaged your car and they should pay for the exact same specification.
If you was claiming from your own insurance policy then that is a different matter.

your not really lucky..
you could have non at all(well basically you haven't) and if someone hit's you, you can still claim off thier insurance, it wouldn't matter if it's modded or not etc
