What everyones thoughts on supernovas/corsacentre.com??

Bought a grille off them which went rusty after two weeks of being on the car. So I took it off again and sent them an email to complain.

They never got back to me so I rang them. They basically told me I was lying and I would have to prove it with pics because it was impossible for the grille to go rusty. (Obviously not impossible!!)

So I took several pics, sent another email and got a reply saying it would be passed on to their supplier. This was 2 weeks ago and never got a reply so emailed again today and they just said the supplier hasn't got back to them yet.

I don't think I'll be seeing a refund any time soon £40 wasted!

Grr. What a faf! Won't be dealing with them again!

You can't really blame the company for a product which isn't made by them going rusty, it's not their fault.

If it's Kamei, they're crap at communication, so if supernovas have e-mailed, they might genuinely not have replied yet.

nightmare company that have no regard for personal data, customer service and have no abilty of standing by there word.

AOC had a large row with them last year, and they sent a letter suposedly by a barister to threaten us with loss of earnings due to slander - they wanted £100,000.00

Dont expect your money back and dont expect an civil communication with them.

you can blame them for bad communication, if they sell a product that is faulty then they should replace/refund and take it up with the supplier.

Yeah, but if ALL of the metal grilles are equally bad, replacing it is a pointless exercise, and they'll know this.

Yeah, they use this board (or they used to anyway). Can you tell being as they didn't even use your name? .

End of the day If they were a respectable company they should take back your grille and offer to replace it with a different one no-questions-asked IMO. At least it was presumably something cheap so you know to go elsewhere in future .

Nah don't mean it like that. Everyone wants a bargain so you naturally go for the cheapest bit if it looks alright at the time.

Even still, it should be fit for the purspose it was sold for - especially after 2 weeks!!! .
