I can't say I've ever checked, so I'd imagine they're all facing wherever they ended up on the hanger.
All the hangers are hung from the front though

My wardrode is to small so some are hung up badly in it and others are on a free standing rail. Or on the floor

All mine face to the left.
Everything is also sorted into categories IE - Jumpers, Polo's, Tee's, Jeans, Cords, Jackets etc
Then within them categories everything the same colour is grouped together.
Now thats OCD

Well the 'hoopy' bits are always facing me - and the clothes are always got to be facing left..
It's a mess at the minute though - have a whole shelf full of screwed up clothes which is quite annoying
I also have my going out clothes on the left, then my summer clothes then my work clothes and then all hoody's, jackets and coats.
All the boxes at the bottom are stacked neatly to.

I hate it when you try to bend the neck on a wire hanger to face the correct way and it snaps off in your hand

well if we want to get OCD
uniform side is ordered: ceremonial uniform>working uniform>green uniform
civi side: smartest suit> everyday suit>trousers>work shirts>going out trousers>going out shirts!
edit: order is described outside to centre

Jeans and jumpers on the left facing right, tshirts on the right facing left. All T-shirts in colour sections. Then a separate wardrobe for Shirts which all face left.
I don't think having an organised wardrobe is OCD.

Mine are all facing left, but only because the wardrobe is in the right hand corner of the room and I wouldn't be able to see what was in there otherwise.
Quite a bit is on the floor though - often chuck stuff down there in the week and move it all into the wardrobe at the weekend.

I cant understand how anyone can live with clothes all over the floor, would drive me crazy not being able to find something, or, when I do find it, it all being creased.
I like everything to be neat & in it's place, it actually plays on my mind when I know my stuff isn't where it should be
