Who on here is target/commision based? I work in car sales and this time of month is just a nightmare.. I'm 1 car off meeting my target this month and that 1 car if I can find it will make me an extra £1k+ on top of my current commision..
My day off is tommorow but I'm going in to work, just seems like I live to work at the moment and have no time to do anything else..
Anyone else in the same kind of job?

It changes month to month, but I'm targeted 23 cars this month..

Wouldnt fancy it myself, that said my old neighbour was a car salesman, regularly working all weekend & getting maybe Wednesday off but sometimes going in on his day off to get cars out the door or finalise deals, he works for Audi, says the cars practically sell themselves so not too much dicking around & he makes a good wedge, before that he was at hyundai & said he had to work like fuck to get cars out the door, struggle to make ends meet...understandably tbh

Whats the ratio of genuine folk that will buy aposed to total time wasters you get at Vaux? I bet you get some right scruffy k'ents in wanting to test drive a VXR

Where were based means that most people that come on site are looking to buy a car at some point, not just folk that are waiting on wives etc at asdas. Our conversion rate is about 60 to 70% I think...
You do get he odd arsehole in but we dont do many test drives anyway due to the layout of the cars being a nightmare..
