Pretty much the same car as my S3, MPG wise I get about 23 on average. Thats mainly just round town though and I drive it quite hard, when you get on the motorway it creeps up a bit though.

Servicing is pretty straight forward, nothing special. Oil for mine was quite pricey though, about £45 at trade price I think. Other than that bits are pretty cheap.

my bro has a leon cupra r. never really liked them before, but love his.

Easy to get sillyish power. His is about 270 iirc.
You don't have to do much to make them look good, and they handle well.

Oh yeah, and most impotantly they've got the german quality.

I've owned mine for nearly 2 years now and I'm still enjoying it! As Allan said, sign up on seatcupra.net. You'll find everything you need to know on there.

On a motorway run I average about 30mpg and around town its about 26. Normally get 300 miles to a full tank (£57). Lowest mpg I've ever got was 12 and that was round Brands Hatch.

As for servicing, I've got my 60k service in the next couple of weeks, going to cost me £135 but thats not from an authorised dealer and doesn't include the cambelt being changed as I had that done when the waterpump broke!

Anyway, if you need anymore info let me know

Oh and here's a pic
