Best trick is changing your name to exactly the same as theirs, then pasting a pre-written bit of copy like "Hey mate, how you doing? Click this link its amazing"

Then change your name back to your original quickly and type "wtf?" and then you can make them think they have an msn virus. They run off and reinstall/reformat etc etc. Muchos fun!
