WHOIS lookup shows it was registered via GoDaddy, but was done so privately so no contact details given.
Best bet might be searching for www.jadeddreads.com on Google and going through the results hoping to get lucky with a number or name.

he did a wholesale order in october and has vanished the last few weeks when he was supposed to of shipped out weeks ago...
