....but Ive just seen one of them 'Slendertone' adverts, do they actually work or do anything at all? I eat relatively healthily and I do a bit of exercise every day (usually consists of biking to and from uni twice a day and maybe walking into town or to the supermarket, and I play squash with my mate).

Yes I know its lazy....
