I need to get fit again, my weight isnt to clever atm and the gym isnt workin as well as first envisaged and cos i go by myself i get bored, my body shape never seems to change (round is a shape right?) but my weight can so gonna aim to get from 16st to about 15st

Going back to Muay Thai with my mate at half 6, i expect to be breathing out of my a**s by 6.40 and prob on my a**e by 6.50

Anyone on here do any martial arts/boxing etc?

Take lots of water. And the warmup will probably kill you the first few times!

What are you doing in your gym routine?

People only look at weight sometimes and that is it...You might be burning fat but also building up muscle...which in turn will keep your weight up if not increasing it...However your fat to muscle may be alot better.

Arite guys, thanks for the replies, i was gassing after 3 minutes, and could taste blood? prob not good but pushed through and well worth it, cant wait for more of the same pain next week, will step it up to twice a week in a month or so - AWESOME lol
