I found out last week by my ex (I have a 2 year old daughter with her) that a couple of months after we finished she slept with my best mate, and it went on for a few months 
Now, I don't give a shit who she shags, it's just my ''mate'' - the same ''mate'' that made a pass to my current GF when he was pissed.
It's not the fact he's shagged my ex, tell a lie it is a bit, it's the fact i've got a kid with her, and everytime I see her it reminds me off it, and he obviously didn't give a shit
How would you react?

I'd be mad. Ex's (escpailly long term and those you have kids with!!!) are out of limits to mates IMO.
Have you spoke to him about it yet?

Ask your mate why he slept with her, and tell him if he is really a mate then he wouldnt of done it. Or at least spoken to you about it.
TBF, shes a woman, and single therefore not totally off limits in his eyes

I completly understand she is a single women, but surely she knew she was doing wrong sleeping with her daughters dad's best mate!

I dont think she is the one to be having a word with, she no longer had any loyalties towards you. Your mate though, now that is a different story.

Find another reason to never see him again then. Or maybe ask some of your other mates who are mates with you both if they know, and if so to bring it up accidentally when out once...somehow so its not your fault in it coming out.
