I've saved the cash £275
I've got the car (1.9 Grande Punto Sporting)
It will take the car from 130bhp to 170 bhp and 205 lb/ft to 260lb/ft toque
However I am now getting cold feet and starting to think this is a waste of money and I could spend the money better (on the house, etc)
I need convincing one way or the other....opinions

Very good gains, but we can't decide if you want it, you do.
I find my Ibiza "fun" to drive in the wet at 130bhp, a remapped one would not be funnn in the wet.

firstly, what type of remap is it? a lot of the cheaply remapped cars we see dont actually make the gains they claim.

Done by Angel Tunning, used by most fiat owners...some have been RR and are in the region of 168 bhp ish. Seems to be a good company, plus they come to me

If its a proven map and you are going to make use of the extra power then I would go for it. If your happy with the performance as it is then obviously dont bother!
