not a ban, but a reply to a petition asking them not to be banned.
but it states an exhaust can't be modified to make is noisier, so technically sports exhausts are illegal. unless they mean modify the existing exhaust.

After market exhausts arent modified though, There manafactured so there legal.

its the crappy universal ones that really gets to me, the car is literally doing 10mph but can be heard miles away and its not even as if its a nice noise
