how would one go about completely smoothing a post 97 front bumper as in the top line gone AND the number plate recess, would it just be a case of layering up on fiberglass or creating a little frame to support the fiberglass?

i was going to have a body shop do this but i cant see why i wont be able to do it after a bit of a practice

Best way is to plastic weld it mate.

If not then the above method is an alternative.
