I got caught speeding and was given a ticket, but on the ticket it states offence code 16a.

What is an offence code 16a?? I thought it would be sp30?

Any ideas?

16a doesn't sound like a proper code to me, and Google doesn't show anything either

Its doing my head in. Theres a few other things thats been missed on the form, like the box for full or provisional licence and it doesn't say anything about points either?

Nope, at the top its got FIXED PENALTY NOTICE.

ask at the police station what the ticket was issued for.

Will do, the copper that pulled me was saying its a 60pound fine and 3 points but the ticket is confusing me.

if itsa a dodgy form go to court with it it will get chucked out then should it not
