For Radley goods, I've used http://www.leathershop.co.uk and can recommend them. They might have Umbrella's too.

Failing that, Sainsbury's normally have a good range, the other side of the checkouts

Nice and big. But went out in the rain the other day, it was extremely window, and one of the arms bent. Not what I'd expect for £18 and German engineering.
