make it yourself - is so easy.
Use a reasonably good quality olive oil and whichever Chillis you like; although for a chilli oil you want taste and some heat, but not enough to kill you
I'd use pecorino peppers or Jalapenos, or a few of each; put them in a roasting dish, cover with olive oil, not extra virgin, just a good quality normal olive oil. Roast for 30 minutes; leave to cool for 30 minutes, drain the oil of through a sieve and put it in a bottle.
You can either use the chillies/peppers in salads etc; or put some of them back in the oil jar to continue infusing the oil.
One tip, the heat of a pepper/chilli is not i the seeds as everyone believes but is in the membrane which the seeds are attached to. If you remove this you'll take away a lot of the heat; the seeds can be quite bitter when cooked anyway. Also washing the peppers/chillis will release a bit more of the heat. So you could have all the taste, but only a touch of heat

I was fortunate enough to work with Jamie Oliver for a while whilst I was at Uni; I picked up a lot there.
Of all the big name chefs, the best cook books are either his or Gordon Ramsey's.
Try to find anything online by an indian chef called Atul Kochhar - He's a cooking god with all things spicy/hot

Dad had one slice of my left over pizza. Didn't have much on it because I'd picked the best off he put a fair bit on. Needless to say his eyes were watering.

My mate who loves spicy/hot food went to nandos the other day, got the hottest one and then put the hottest sauce all over it, thought he was being all macho, needless to say he couldn't eat it as he felt so ill, didnt even enjoy the food, pointless imo
