what do you think the insurace would be like on a 1.6 corsa sport for me. im 18 and have been driving since may 07. oh and i have 4 points. please dont reply with ring up or get a quote online. just want to no if it will be too expensive.

To get an accurate answer, phone up. There's no other way.

To get an inaccurate answer - loads. Its a group 11 car and you're not the best news in terms of risk.

You might be lucky though so its worth trying a few places. Also depends what you deem too expensive. You might be happy with £2k.

I was 19, 2 months driving, no points and got insured on a 1.6 sport with Liverpool Victoria for just over a grand

I thought until you'd been driving for a minimum of two years you only had 6points but until you'd been driving for at least two years you get to play with 12 then??
