Take a few screws and bolts out here and there. You could take the paint off, or the wheels-wheels can be pretty heavy

All at the same time?
Another thought, those round things under the wheels, that get hot and sometimes squeek abit aren't needed, are they?

If you've stripped the rear then the next thing to remove is the sound proofing.
Everyone else suggesting silly things - you are not helping.

If its still got to be a usable everydayer, then think on the lines of, get rid of spare and carry that foam/gunk stuff. take mats out, maybe rear speakers, etc. Just think about stuff you don't need/use

And also bear in mind that if it's going to be a daily driver you've got to live with hearing everything.
