Started running 3 months ago or so and managed to carry it on for afew weeks until the cold dried my skin out really bad, and i have trouble with my skin at the best of times lol!

Anyway does anyone know of a decent face mask that will keep away the cold so my face will not dry out to fook!?

Searching on google now but i always like to ask

Suppose a balaclava would do especially lookign on google images theres some quite good ones tbh, than just ur normal simple balaclava

go to your local supermarket and buy 'Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula' its about £3 and it is brilliant

Put it on after you have been in shower or just washed your face, and put it on again just before you go out running then put it on again when you get back :-) do this for like the next 2 weeks and see if you notice the difference, btu you need to keep using it..notjust for the 2 weeks lol

Cheap and easy solution to your problem! maybe!?

Just get used to it. When I went skiing last the temperature dropped to about -20 without the wind and I never cover up at all.

i am straight lol but have to use a moisturiser because of how shit my skin is anyway.

i would have a nice balaclava on and a hoddie covering as much as i cud up tho...

people wil be thinking im going to rob them and shit

if your after a decent moisturiser try E45 cream, comes in a big tub too so plenty to keep you going
