4 items i've not received that i paid for before the 10th


and one item was damaged badly..




im guessing paypal are going to think im a dodgy user

i had several problems with my account, notin to do with refunds!

but you cant speak to anyone its all done via emails and its like an automated service, i was askin different questions but gettin basically the same email back word for word!

i personally just found them a hassle to deal with

had money retuned to buyer twice now even though goods were sent

pretty pissed off

was 4 months back now!

you can speak to them,go on contact us,then by phone.it will give you the info they ask for as security,phone and press nothing,eventually they connect you

this is quite common tbh, never leave any money in your paypal account, just take it straight off your card when you want it

i put in for a claim on the cheap ipod copy i ordered from hong kong, seller never got in touch, i was awarded the money back, then it turned up
