1500 for someone to come and get my car tonight. which is alot more than i bought it for. thing is what else could i get for 1500 that will be quick and insureable as im only 21 with 1years ncb.

and oh yea ill need one soon as pos.

All depends really. They are a bit rattly, but not exactly unreliable. Sometimes you get unlucky though. VTS would be the best choice for £1500 imo.

well its going tomorrow the lad looked at it tonight and ive been to look at a black vts 2night which im getting tomorrow aswell its smart as fcuk. no pics though.

few mates have them and never had a problem at all. one vtr very occasionally doesnt like going into reverse but thats it

Mine didnt like reverse or 2nd that was on a 30k old gearbox

I know of another that blew 2nd up

Nothing wrong with reliability of a VTS, just the build quality. Much more fun than a GSI but I'd not convinced your get a semi decent VTS for 1500.

saxo will probably be more reliable than a xe corsa, most arent done right so your better off with a standard car.

saxo will be a very good car standard, there not unrelibale, but a lot have taken abuse so will have problems same with any other car in the universe but so many people will slate them because there mates sisters ex boyfriends son in law had one that blew up every mile..

good cars a lot of fun for the money, will outhandle lots as well, would be a good car

vts but if u save about £1800 then u can get a decent vts and a half...the are mk1's (1998) on the autotrader for that with 12 months mot and 6 months tax 50/60k ish on the clock go for it i am soon matey

all cars are unrelaible if abused through thier life. Each car is individual. Corsa's are no better than the next its just the biased views on here . If you try SSC am sure thier views will be biased too, id have a saxo over a corsa
