How long does it take DVLA to send a provisional back after sending back a revoked licence with the form and £45, mate sent away on 4th Dec, still not got anything back

Dvla are Noobs.
They lose loads of things in the postage system.
Still havent got my Corsa V5 since April.

I would call them and see whats happening.

i've heard that his may get put to the bottom of the pile and dealt with last as it is a revoked licence, therefore they give prioroty to people forst applying.

Fair enough, still seem to loose loads of paper work maybe in there officers.They seem to use some basic postage 2nd class 3-5 week service
and then it ends up costing you £20 when it should be free.
