fair enuff it wasnt an accident. But that cop car could have been someone innocent pulling out. Biker was doing stupid speeds and could have easily killed someone.

Anyone with half a brain would have seen him coming so I dont think an innocent person could have done that. And if a normal car would have pulled out there was plenty of space for the bike to go round him, you can hear the cop cars tyres screech as he pull out and stops as quick as he can! hope they cut his head off and post it on the net

FFS you can't even see the video properly so how is this 'murder'? Also well done to the dicks who are more interested in attacking a copper than seeing if the biker is hurt/dead/ok etc  Seems to be bikers being dickheads racing up and down the road, the copper could have pulled out and not seen him for any reason. I cannot believe he would pull out on purpose trying to kill them.

If the biker was doing the speed limit then even if the copper pulled out I doubt he'd be dead, and might even of been seen.

You cannot possibly say from that video that the copper was trying to stop him, for all we know he was pulling out after the first bike went past to stop him not seeing the second bike speeding up aswell.
I dont think anyone is saying the copper wasnt stupid for pulling out, but at the end of the day if the biker wasnt speeding he'd more than likely still be alive as either could of stopped or would of been more visable to the driver.
