Still trying to work out what engine is in my corsa

Its a motronic ecu and also has a bosch label on it.

Any help much apriciated

all red top's are bosch motronic.dave a can tell by the codes what car it came out of though.

ECU wont tell you that though engine number on the block will give a better idea

My old XE was from an Astra and had a GL coding, these were the ones available as a GL coding although I am not sure if they are model specific? I would wager that they aren't;
