Its gonna take 3 weeks to repair and they wont give me it back as its a 'safety' issue

Its the oil pipe to the turbo, could rupture and cause fire or siezed turbo.
got a 1.2 clio courtesy car n its shit! I think they forgot to put the engine in it.
