Do you do a lot of track days? you must really hammer the brakes to get through a set in 3 months. I used standard Vauxhall ones when I had 288mm brakes but id go for the red dot ones because they make less dust to muck up your wheels. when i still had the sport brakes a set of red dot pads lasted me over 2 years

I've got Red Dot in mine now and they have been in for 7 months and look like they need doing soon. Done about 12k in them.

I've got braided hoses but want do the pads and fluid at the same time. Dot 5.1 the highest rated stuff?
Never been on the track, but i do give it some hammer. Where theirs a time and a place though. The dust doesnt bother me as such just need something that works well when driven hard

Yes 5.1 is the highest.
Thought about getting some groved disks too?

why bother with grooved discs, will just chew the pds up faster.
standard vauxhall discs or some brembo discs, ds2500 pads, 5.1 fluid and your onto a winner
