Was a VW Polo around my area years ago had fangs welded to the bonnet and air brushed with blood on the ends

I remember seeing a nice modded motor back in the day and it had 2 'fangs' on the bottom part of the bumper recess and it looked good!

It wasn't no shopping trolley etc i think it was a skyline or somthing and they were not huge daft things like those
