well after mondays problems with the car i got it into work tuesday and tried to find out what was up with it, fount out it was the water pumps bearings wearing away so it needed changing......so today got into work nice and early and was able to use a ramp and some tools...

striped it all down..removed acces belt , cam belt kit, tensioner, and the plastic covers and the water pump, the pump it self had a lot of movement in it so time for a new one...also replaced the cam belt and accesory belt

bit of an update today went to collect some flame red colour coded bumpers from fruitbooter...

gave them both a good clean and polish and come up a treat




started getting to work front bumper come off easy




new one goes on...


rear new bumper on the car..


then gave the car a quick clean and polish and took it out to find somewhere nice to take some pictures but got bored of looking so just took these two




plans for it next..im going to visit monster and collect the cav gsi alloys that he had forsale up on saturday. Then a new grill and interior

lol knowning me i would do, i walked to another red corsa before n reg and everything was trying to get into the boot looked at the parcel shelf no speakers mine was 3 cars up lol

bin a bit busy today, hope fully fixed the coil problem thanks to torsa g

then went on a little trip to visit monster this afternoon to collect some cav alloys, only managed to get one picture so far not of the best quality either should have some more from the w/mids meet tomorow

wish I could get a cheap set of post '97 colour coded for mine.

though Im a perfectionist with not a lot of money so I'd get pissed of knowing they wern't going to be the same shade of red.

ive got a spoiler, just finding time to re spray it i think as some of the laquor is coming off and its going pink, and finding out the misterious engine problem
